To make App Inventor fully functional, the App Inventor Setup software is required. You may install the setup software under your own account without needing system administrator privileged. However, if you would like to install it for every user on a computer, you must install it using system administrator account.
We placed a copy of the setup software on a VSU server for fast download from VSU computers.
